PayFee is a fee invoice generation, fee processing and collection App.
PayFee offers Schools and Day Care centers a super easy way to generate and send out invoices for various types of fees including tution, registration, supplies, events and donation. You can also create additional fee types and setup whatever the amount you like for each fee type.
One can also collect fee at the premise and track the payment and invoices in one place with intuitive design and, secure and easy access.
We have partnered with a few Payment Gateway companies. You can request an account from Forte.
Features
- Quick Payment is great feature to accept fee or payment of certain types on adhoc basis without generating any invoices or setting up any parents or students information.
- Create and send invoice for any fee type like Supplies or Field Trips to the parents or guardians via email.
- Dashboard - this shows important data and very nice trend graph about invoices, payments and overall earning in a single screen.
Pricing
There is only one plan available i.e pay-as-you-go with a small percentage of transaction amount.
There is no long term commitment or contract. There is no monthly fee. You can discontinue any time.
There is no setup fee of any type.
Currently we only accept payments via Credit Cards for Forte Merchant Accounts.
For Intuit's QuickBooks, you can accept Credit Cards and eChecks.
